Upon receiving your shipping confirmation, you will be provided with a unique tracking number. Visit our Track Your Order page, enter the tracking number, and click the Track button. This allows you to monitor your package's location around the clock.

Please allow 1-3 working days on average for order fulfillment before dispatch. Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is between 5-12 business days, depending on your country or region. Note that these are estimates provided by our carriers, and occasionally, orders may arrive outside the estimated timeframe.

Our prices are displayed as tax-free. As we collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers globally, some products may be shipped directly by them. Consequently, your order may be subject to duties and taxes not covered by our shipping cost. Please refer to your local customs website for more information on potential charges.

Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States, Eastern Asia and Western Europe. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location we'll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.

Rest assured, we've got you covered! Contact us at hello@tourenlair.com no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. If confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, we'll promptly ship a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund. Additionally, check with your local post office to assist in locating the lost package.
